Learning from Failure Week

Learning from Failure Week

Our school organized a "Learning from Failure Week" for Primary 4 students. Through these activities, we hope students will come to understand that failure is an indispensable part of life, discover more about their own strengths and weaknesses through setbacks, and learn to adopt a positive attitude toward the failures of their peers.

The week's activities included sharing sessions on personal experiences with failure by the principal, class teachers, and athletes; video screenings and student sharing; as well as hands-on participation in a 1-minute challenge and a group visual impairment experience. The week culminated in an inter-class competition and an award ceremony, empowering students to learn how to face failure through first-hand experience!

Principal's Sharing The Principal shared her personal experiences with failure, and the students benefited greatly from it!

Opening Ceremony A simple yet grand opening ceremony officially kicked off the Learning from Failure Day! "Learn to fail, overcome yourself!"

Challenge Arena Students were all gearing up for the 1-Minute Challenge Arena! "Just a little bit more! Keep going!"

Group Visual Impairment Experience Students simulated the daily lives of visually impaired individuals, which helped to enhance their empathy and cultivate a positive attitude toward facing setbacks.

Athlete's Sharing The school invited Ms. Wong Cho Hei, Captain of the Hong Kong Women's Softball Team, to share her experiences in competitions and training. The students listened very attentively!

Inter-Class Challenge Arena Competition Each class sent representatives to compete in the inter-class competition. The students truly demonstrated a spirit of perseverance and never giving up!
