Students enrolled in the wind instrument classes who pass their instrumental assessment are eligible to join the Wind Band training free of charge. This ensemble setting provides invaluable opportunities for collaboration, mutual learning, and music appreciation, further cultivating students' communication and listening skills. The school also provides numerous performance platforms, such as the School Talent Stage and the Graduation Ceremony, to showcase their hard work, enhance their performance techniques, and build self-confidence.
Targeting students from Primary 1 to 6, these classes are partially subsidized by the school, with instruments available for rent on an annual basis. We offer instruction in seven types of instruments: saxophone, French horn, flute, trumpet, trombone, clarinet, and percussion.
Each is taught by a specialized instructor, allowing students to focus intently on mastering their chosen instrument and preparing for ensemble performances in the band.
