PPS (繳費靈)

For Users with an Existing PPS Account

1. Pay by phone or online.
2. Completes the payment process within 3 minutes.
3. The topped-up amount will be reflected in the Student e-Account after one working day (counting from the day of the transaction).

For Users without a PPS Account

1. Bring your ATM card (or a credit card with ATM functions) to the PPS terminal located at the school's General Office and follow the instructions to open a PPS account.
2. Account opening takes about 5 minutes and is completely free of charge.
3. Register the school account number by phone.
4. (For details, please inquire with the General Office staff.)
5. Pay by phone or online.
6. Completes the payment process within 3 minutes.
7. The topped-up amount will be reflected in the Student e-Account after one working day.

Important Note: Since September 2016, an administrative fee of HK$2.20 will be charged for each top-up transaction. This fee is collected entirely by the PPS company and will be deducted directly from the Student e-Account per transaction.

How to Open a PPS Account

Please bring your ATM card (or a credit card with ATM functions) to the PPS terminal at the General Office and follow these instructions:

1. Select "1" for "Open Account".
2. Swipe your ATM card through the card reader.
3. Select "Bank Account".
4. Enter your ATM PIN.
5. Create and enter a 5-digit "PPS Phone Password".
6. Re-enter the 5-digit "PPS Phone Password" to confirm.
7. Create and enter an 8-digit "PPS Internet Password". (If you do not intend to use the online payment service, you can skip directly to step 9).
8. Re-enter the 8-digit "PPS Internet Password" to confirm.
9. Press "Confirm" and collect your receipt, which contains your "PPS Account Number".

Registering a Bill (Phone Registration)

1. Call 18013.
2. Press "1" to "Register Bill".
3. Enter your "PPS Account Number".
4. Enter the Merchant Code: 9831.
5. Enter your "Student Account Number".

Account Top-up

After reviewing and signing the payment notice, parents should top up their child's account within three working days to ensure sufficient funds are available in the "Yiu Siu e-Payment" account.

1. Call 18031 (PPS Payment Hotline).
2. Enter your 5-digit "PPS Phone Password".
3. Enter the Merchant Code: 9831.
4. Enter your "Student Account Number".
5. Enter the "Payment Amount".
6. Press "1" to confirm.
7. Write down the "Payment Reference Number" for future inquiries. (If you are unsure whether the transaction was successful, call 18013, press "2", and enter the Payment Reference Number to confirm).

Reminder: The PPS company will charge an administrative fee of HK$2.20 for each top-up transaction made to the student's account.

Checking the Student Account

Log in to the school's intranet platform to view your "Student Account" records, which include: "Balance Record", "Payment Record", and "Top-up Record".

Top-up Processing Times:

• Top-ups made before 7:00 p.m. on a working day will be displayed after 7:00 p.m. on the same day.
• Top-ups made after 7:00 p.m. on a working day will be displayed after 7:00 p.m. on the next working day.
• Top-ups made on Saturdays and Sundays will be displayed on Tuesday.
• If a top-up is made on a Wednesday that falls on a public holiday, it will be displayed on Friday.
