Yiu Siu e-Payment
Purpose
To reduce the risk of students carrying large amounts of cash to school and to further streamline the fee collection process, our school implemented an "Electronic Payment System" last academic year to automate payment procedures (excluding lunch fees, school bus fees, etc.).
This system allows parents to top up their child's Smart Student Account via direct bank deposit or the PPS phone payment service, ensuring the funds are securely used for school-related payments.
Advantages
- Enhanced Safety: Reduces the risk of students carrying large amounts of cash to school.
- Convenience & Accuracy: Easy and accurate top-ups through direct bank deposits or PPS phone transfers.
- High Transparency: Parents can log in to the school intranet at any time to check payment details and transaction status.
- Designated Usage: The funds in the system cannot be used outside of the school, ensuring they are strictly used to settle school fees.
- Efficiency: Saves teachers a significant amount of time in handling administrative fee collections, allowing them to focus entirely on teaching.
Payment Workflow
- The school issues a payment notice.
- Parents top up the Smart Student Account via direct bank deposit, PPS, or AlipayHK.
- The school processes the collected fees through the computer system.
- Parents and students can log in to the school intranet to review the account's transaction records.
