AlipayHK

For Users with an Existing AlipayHK Account

1. Log in to the eClass Parent App and select "Payment Records" (繳費紀錄).
2. Top-up: Tap the "Top-up" (增值) button within "Payment Records" to add funds via the AlipayHK App.
3. Select the "Top-up Amount" (增值面額) and proceed to pay using the AlipayHK App.
4. The eClass Parent App will automatically redirect you to the AlipayHK App during the process. The AlipayHK App will display the top-up amount again; if the amount is correct, tap "Confirm Payment" (確認付款) to proceed.
5. Enter your 6-digit transaction PIN in the AlipayHK App.
6. Once completed, the AlipayHK App will show a "Payment Successful" message. After a short countdown, you will be automatically redirected back to the eClass Parent App.
7. The eClass Parent App will display the transaction details. Tap "Success" or "Complete" to return to the "Transaction Records" page.

Processing Time: Transactions settled before 9:00 a.m. on a working day will be reflected in the student's e-Account after 6:00 p.m. on the same day (excluding public holidays).

For Users without an AlipayHK Account

1. Install the AlipayHK App on your mobile phone.
2. Account registration is free and takes approximately 2 minutes.
3. If you already have a Taobao account, you may select "Taobao Quick Login" (淘寶用戶快速登入).
4. Otherwise, select "New User Registration" (新用戶註冊).
5. Once the account is set up, follow the steps listed above for "Existing AlipayHK Users" to top up the student account.

Important Notes

• Starting from August 31, 2021, an annual fee of HK$10 will be charged per student for all online top-ups made via AlipayHK. This allows for unlimited top-ups throughout the year.
